I've been inspired by some of the Unity tooling I've been using lately - namely, NGTools, Haste, and MonkeyCommander - to speed up my own processes.
Monkey Commander is $40 unless you are a Unity Pro subscriber - it's not cheap. They have a roadmap for the updates they'll be making over the next couple of months before the year is over so I did decide to support the creators by buying it.
As of the 2018 edition of Unity, Haste has been deprecated and pulled from the asset so I am going to try to come up with a solution that will replace what Haste can do.
Here is my own documentation for general-purpose editor scripting info.
